Your Role & Your Impact
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the further development of our new central product platform.
- Work with your team to translate strategic roadmaps into concrete product, technology and architecture decisions. Be a sparring partner for the Product Manager and support the strategic development of the product with technically excellent solutions.
- Take technical responsibility for building new team and promote a culture of ownership and innovation. Develop best practices and support the continuous development of your team and individual team members.
- Become part of our transformation into a digital product organization and play an active role in shaping it – among other things, by supporting us in hiring the right talent for our shared future.
Your Profile
- Completed degree or training in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience (5+ years) with TypeScript and Next.js environments
- In-depth experience in leading and developing modern product teams
- In-depth experience in modern software and system architecture Experience in the orchestration and operation of software products
- Knowledge of regulated environments (e.g. MDR compliance) is an advantage
- Experience in working with external technology partners is an advantage
