- Lead the evolution of Thieme’s international sales organization towards a strategic, customer‑centric, and value‑driven go‑to‑market model.
- Secure and grow revenues across global scientific and educational journals as well as English‑language databases (B2B).
- Establish transparent, proactive renewal and pipeline management across regions and products.
- Introduce and anchor strategic account planning focused on long‑term customer value, retention, and expansion.
- Drive close cross‑functional collaboration between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Actively shape future sales, operating models, and international go‑to‑market strategies.
You inspire us with this
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years in senior sales leadership roles.
- Proven success in complex, multi‑stakeholder sales environments and enterprise‑level negotiations.
- Strong expertise in consultative and value‑based selling as well as sales transformation initiatives.
- Experience in leading and developing international and/or multi‑site sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance steering; confident use of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in an international, cross‑cultural environment; fluent in English.
